Jurisdictions across Canada bar harassment in the workplace. So it’s imperative for all employers to make every effort to provide a harassment-free work environment. And an anti-harassment policy is a key component of those efforts.


Adapt this model policy for your HR policies, OHS program and the requirements in your jurisdiction’s human rights, employment standards and/or OHS laws, especially any definitions of what constitutes harassment and/or bullying. Give it to all employees, including senior management, supervisors and workers (full- and part-time).
