Fired Worker Didn’t Get a Fair Shot to Prove Reprisal Complaint

A construction worker claimed he was fired in retaliation for exercising his safety rights. The OHS officer tossed the case after the employer presented evidence that he was disciplined for legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons without giving the worker a chance to respond.
