But one thing was: he repeatedly called her ‘honey’ and ‘sweetie.’ And that coupled with the other allegations was enough for the BC Human Rights Tribunal to nix the employer’s motion to dismiss and allow the employee to go forward with her discrimination complaint against the salon owner for failing to protect her from sexual harassment [Hollett v.
