Joint Health and Safety Committee Rules of Procedure
Joint health and safety committees (JHSCs) must adopt a set of bylaws, typically referred to as Rules of Procedure or Terms of Reference, laying out the procedural rules by which it will elect members, call meetings, issue recommendations and carry out its other activities.
