So you should require workers to inspect their hard hats’both the outer shell and inner suspension’before and after they use this PPE.
HOW TO USE THE TOOL
Require workers to use this form when inspecting their hard hats to note any defects or other issues with the PPE. Any problems with the equipment should immediately be brought to a supervisor’s attention. The equipment should be taken out of use until it’s been repaired or it should be replaced.
