- Ontario: As a third party trainer that keeps records of training, once an employee has left a company and joins another, are we able to provide that person with a record of their training even though it was paid for by the previous employer? Do they have a right to the record of their training?

- I know that CSA Z460 allows the worker to have up to three personal padlocks before moving to group lockout. But I cannot reference it within the CSA standard, any pointers as to where to find it?

- Are you required to have a joint health and safety committee or a health and safety representative if you have a company of 25 employees that meet at a shop briefly in the morning to get work orders and equipment and then leave in their crew to the work site? The work sites have prime contractors and they company is on site for less than 90 days.

- “13 DOS & DON”TS for Assessing Evidence from Investigations (taken from OHS Insider July 2019) #5 of the DON”TS is “Do not ask for signed statments from witnesses”. My question is this. If the matter you investigating ends up in court would the witness statement be admissible as it would be deemed hear say without a signature. What are your thoughts on this.
