As a result of observations by OHS officers at separate work sites, a company pleaded guilty to three OHS violations related to fall protection, elevated work platforms and powered mobile equipment. The court fined it $2,520. In addition, the owner of another company pleaded guilty to two safety violations related to fall protection and safety headwear and was fined $1,040 [Fine Line Builders Ltd. and Matt Marchewski, Govt.
