Former DOT Employee Convicted of Obstructing a Safety Officer

A former Marine Manager employed by the Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Transportation was found guilty of obstructing or hindering a safety officer under Sec. 10(1) of the Safety Act for an incident that took place on Aug. 29, 2013 at his former office in Fort McPherson.
