A worker was seriously injured when he fell 12 metres from a roof while helping a co-worker operate a roof cutting machine. His employer was fined $5,000 and, as a creative sentence, ordered to pay $25,000 to the Bent Arrow program and $40,000 to the Alberta Roofing Construction Safety Association [CCS Contracting Ltd., Govt.
