Nov. 10: Falling Pipe Kills Construction Worker

A 56-year-old worker at a construction site was killed by a falling pipe. The MOL sent an inspector to the site, who issued the employer two orders: one to store and move material or equipment in a manner that doesn't endanger a worker and the other one to provide documentation.
