I have found the hazard assessment on here but can’t find a template for the risk assessment for workplace violence referred to in 32.0.3(1) of the OHSA in Ontario. Is there such a template somewhere on here?

The hazard assessment template on the OHS Insider site should work for Ontario. In other words, Sec. 32.0.3(1) hazard assessment requirements are pretty standard and consistent with what all jurisdictions require.
