No. I don’t see why you’d need such an organization. The best way to verify is to have the employee produce the certification of vaccination issued by your jurisdiction. Depending on which jurisdiction you’re in, you can and may have to certify electronically using a government app. You can also verify by medical note. Also remember that you may need photo ID if you don’t know the employee by sight.
