what are the regulatory requirements in the different province’ for erecters- dismantlers, for users. Inspection, training, competencies, etc.

Oh my goodness! I just realized that you were asking about Scaffolding, not trenching rules. I must have had trenches on my mind because I’m covering it next month. Scaffolding rules are extremely long, detailed and technical. Here’s a breakdown of the rules regarding load bearing requirements. I’m going to go back into the archives and see if I can find other Know The Laws on scaffolding rules and will send along whatever I find.
