    Wow. I am so sorry I took so long to reply. Didn’t see this Q until now. And it’s a good Q. My understanding is that you can send the worker home but can’t require self-isolation unless he/she tests positive or is confirmed as having COVID-19. You can and should definitely ask the worker to get tested but you can’t force him to. And if he/she shows up the next day with symptoms, you just gotta go thru the whole mess again. And on the day after that, until either the symptoms resolve or the diagnosis is confirmed, in which case it’s on to self-isolation.
