I have atleast 5 workers in 2weeks complaining of muscle soreness due to the workload they are assigned.
Yes…there was a big cut-back of workers and hours by the client which increased how much work is being assigned to workers. I personally feel the workload is over-exerting the workers making them tired. The only way I think this can be curbed is for the workload to be reduced and maybe new workers brought on board. Can you advice how I can relate this to the management for them to understand we stand a chance of a major injury if nothing is done immediately. Thanks.
