We had one incident regarding failing of over head door, just slammed down, no one injured . so just curious on if some want to share Best practice on overhead doors. We are planning to go for PM program but if someone have some kind of in-house program or inspection sheet etc to share

I think the best way to handle this is to set up an OHSI User online survey. I’ll see about setting one up.

My practice was always to enforce that overhead doors are for equipment/vehicles only.  Individuals should use man doors and never walk under an open overhead door.
