We are a small business in Ontario of over 50 years and has never performed a PSR .  The majority of our equipment was installed pre 2020 .  I am looking for information regarding grandfathering of equipment , what is involved in getting existing racking tested or basically any help would be appreciated .

A similar question was asked a while back, here is the answer:
“The current rule (Sec. 7(7) of the Ontario Industrial Establishments Regulation) is that a PSR isn’t required if a “rack or stacking structure is designed and tested for use in accordance with current applicable standards.” However, a PSR would be required if such equipment is modified. There are no references to how old the system is or grandfathered dates…”
