No. As in PEI and Quebec, Nova Scotia only recommends but doesn’t require employers to provide JHSC members certification or special training on Committees and Committee functions. There’s some really good stuff in OHSI breaking down the JHSC training rules in Nova Scotia and all the other jurisdictions.
