    Hi,
I have a question about transporting dangerous goods (i.e. fuel) via air: Is there regulation around transporting fuel by air, if it is able to be transported by land, it must be transported by land and not by air because it is safer’ I was told this is the case, but wasn’t sure. I tried looking it up to no avail.
    Thanks!

The federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act covers transport of fuel and other dangerous goods by all modes of transport, including air. The specific air transport requirements are set out in Part 12 of the TDGA Regulations  https://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/tdg/clear-part12-466.htm   Fuel is covered by Section 12.9. Hope that helps. Glenn
