A WorkSafeBC inspector issued a stop-use order for a storage rack after noticing visible damage to its cross-bracing and vertical members. He also cited the home improvement center operator for failing to post information about the rack’s rated capacity and make the manufacturer’s loading/unloading instructions readily available to workers at the site, all repeat violations.
