    What would deem a person “superior” and who has the authority to do so? (3-16) from this regulation. (Saskatchewan)

    Can you please specify which “Regulation” you’re asking about? Section 3-16 of the Sask OHS Regulations talks about use of compressed air and doesn’t use the word “superior.” Nor does Section 3-16 of the Sask Employment Act use that word.
