    Hello,

    As a new user to OHS Insider Bongarde I don’t know if I correctly submitted our current policy on Workplace Violence for a cross Canada compliance review. I don’t know if I should resubmit both polices (Violence and Harassment) individually as they are quite long and I also had trouble including appendices that contains specific procedures on reporting and the employer’s response and actions to be taken in various scenarios – in particular under Harassment.

    At March of Dimes Canada we have an HR policy on Respectful and Inclusive workplaces that I believe addresses the harassment policy/procedure requirements. I would like to submit this policy as well for review.

    I just want to understand how best to proceed ono making a submission for review.

    I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I’m just returning from bereavement leave. I haven’t seen the policies but will be happy to review them for jurisdictional harmony. You can either post them as an Ask The Expert question or email them to me at glennd@bongarde.com.
