WORKPLACE BULLYING

Question: Do employers have a legal duty to prevent workplace bullying?

Answer: Yes, even though this duty isn’t currently spelled out in most provinces’ OHS laws. The duty is implied either under the general duty clause of the OHS law or as part of the obligation to prevent workplace violence.
