I am in the transportation industry and we often have crews out on overnights. Company union agreement states that they have to share two to a hotel room. Having said that, multiple workers are saying that the Ministry of Labour has a law against employees having to share a room. We are federally regulated, but I can't find anything anywhere that addresses this'
Does anyone know if I am just missing some legislation, or is it simply not addressed in the code'
