Hello, I am looking for advice on how can HR determine if a job position would be eligible for on-call pay' I know there is no legal requirement to provide employees with on-call pay in Ontario, however, I wanted to know if there are any best practices or criteria that an HR repersentative could follow or assess to determine if an on-call pay requirement is reasonable?
