hello We have an employee who has worked with us for the past 5 years as a security person in retail stores. He is paid hourly and works 40 hours a week. He is wants to work on his days off selling our security services on a commission bases. He is very good at his job and can be considered a supervisor. How can he work on his days off so he is not paid overtime and on an hourly bases'
