Window & Door Manufacturer Convicted in Table Saw Incident and Fined $75,000

A worker for a window and door manufacturer suffered serious hand injuries while operating a table saw. After a trial, the manufacturer was found guilty of failing to ensure that the table saw was equipped with a guard or other device that prevented access to an exposed moving part.
