Trucking Firm Fined $120,000 for Unloading Operation Fatality

A worker unloading masonry slabs of countertop material weighing several hundred pounds each from a flatbed truck lost his balance and fell to the ground. The slabs fell on top of him; later, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
