The OHS laws require employers to provide various kinds of safety training to workers, from initial safety orientations to training on specific hazards and safe work procedures. Tool box talks can be a great way of providing safety training in an informal setting. But just because tool box talks are informal doesn’t mean you don’t need to prepare for them.
