Respiratory Protection Policy
OHS laws require employers to protect workers exposed to airborne hazards that can cause harmful health effects if they are breathed in. Several jurisdictions require implementation of a full blown respiratory program setting out specific measures used at the workplace to monitor and minimize exposure, including use of engineering and administrative controls as well as respirators and other PPE.
