Supervisor Fined $10,000 for Worker’s Lack of Fall Protection

A construction supervisor was supervising workers shingling the roof of a home when one of the workers fell off the roof, sustaining serious injuries. The MOL investigation found that the worker hadn’t been wearing fall protection. The supervisor was convicted of failing, as a supervisor, to ensure his workers wore fall protection.
