Supervisor & Company Charged with OHS Violations for Forklift Incident

At a wharf, a worker was struck by a forklift. The fish processing company that owned and operated the forklift was charged with four OHS violations relating to its alleged failure to ensure that mobile equipment was maintained in safe working order and that a safe workplace and equipment was provided and maintained.
