Roofing Company Fined $2,500 for Fall Protection & Supervision Violations


During an inspection, an Occupational Health Officer saw three workers on a three story high roof without fall protection. The roofing company pleaded guilty to failing to use a fall protection system and to ensure all work at a place of employment was sufficiently and competently supervised.
