Amendments to the OHS High Risk Policy (D12-196-2) took effect on Dec. 1, 2014. For the purposes of OHS penalties and warning letters, the amendments establish six designated high risk violations and simplify the criteria for determining whether other violations are high risk. A preliminary version of OHS Guideline G-D12-196-2, which provides practical information regarding the policy, is also available.
