Jan. 16: Success of Psychological Health & Safety Standard Unclear


The Mental Health Commission of Canada released the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace a year ago but the agency says it’s hard to determine the standard’s success. It has been downloaded more than 16,000 times. So the agency has developed an online survey for those who downloaded it and is planning a three-year study to track how businesses apply the standard as well as a set of tools and resources meant to improve and support mental health at work.
