Self-Employed Construction Employer Fined $2,400 for Five Violations


A self-employed construction employer pleaded guilty to five violations of Saskatchewan’s OHS Act and Regulations, including failing to provide and require a worker to use approved industrial protective headwear and ensure that a worker used approved protective footwear; and obstructing an Occupational Health Officer.
