A construction company pleaded guilty to two charges under Saskatchewan’s OHS laws and was fined $1,200. The charges resulted from a routine inspection of a worksite and were for failure to use a fall protection system and to ensure that a ladder being used by workers extended at least one meter above the roof [Grandeur Housing Ltd., Govt.
