A farm labourer was clearing plant debris from a greenhouse. Old vines and strings had been placed on tarps between the rows of plants and he was using a machine designed to reel in the tarps. His arm got caught in the machine and was amputated when he tried to adjust a tarp on a rotating shaft. The greenhouse pleaded guilty to a guarding violation.
