Backhoe Operator and Company Charged in Fatal Gas Explosion


Saskatchewan charged a backhoe operator and an energy company with safety violations based on a gas explosion that killed two workers, a father and son. In addition, several nearby businesses were destroyed. The company faces five charges, while the backhoe operator faces two.
