Roofing Company Fined $2,700 after Inspection

An Occupational Health Officer, who was on-site in response to a complaint, saw workers who weren’t using fall protection and other protective equipment. As a result, a roofing company pleaded guilty to two PPE violations and failing to ensure that all work at a place of employment was sufficiently and competently supervised.
