Pulp Mill Charged with Environmental Offences for Substance Release

A pulp mill failed to immediately report the release of a substance to Alberta Environment. As a result, it was charged with six violations of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, including failing to follow safety rules while unloading a chemical from a truck.
