OHS & Wellness Participatory Program Checklist

BENEFITS

Emerging evidence on integrated occupational safety and wellness programs has shown they can result in savings on health care and administrative costs and superior program impacts on health outcomes. But for a company to implement an integrated program effectively it needs to have certain resources, knowledge and competencies.

HOW TO USE THE TOOL

Use this checklist to determine whether your organization has the resources needed for a successful Healthy Workplace Participatory Program. It’ll also help you take stock of your organization’s existing knowledge and competencies in health, safety and wellness. The CPH-NEW site has suggestions for how to build or get the resources you lack and how to integrate your existing competencies into the program.
