Time: 9:00-10:00 AM (PDT)
Speaker: Steven St. Laurent
About This Webinar
The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) is an international standard for hazard communication. It aims to ensure that information about chemical hazards is consistent and understandable globally.
The GHS aims to improve safety and health protections for workers by providing clear and consistent information about chemical hazards. It also helps reduce trade barriers and enhances productivity for businesses handling hazardous chemicals.
In 2024, GHS was updated in Canada and the US with significant revisions that impact your awareness training.
