Sept 4: For the 17^th year in a row, the average Nova Scotia WCB premium rate will be $2.65 per $100 assessable payroll. Industries that will pay higher premiums in 2020 include special care and nursing homes, home health care, dry bulk materials trucking and general and/or department stores.
