Benjamin Kranc is a Canadian Corporate Immigration Lawyer and a certified Specialist in Immigration Law, he is the senior principal of Kranc Law. He has many years of experience assisting clients in connection with Canadian immigration and business issues. He has spoken at numerous conferences, seminars, and information sessions ‘ both for professional organizations and private groups ‘ about issues in Canadian immigration law, and is a lecturer for the immigration law practitioners program at The University of British Columbia.

Ben has also written extensively, he is the author of a text on Canadian immigration law entitled ‘North American Relocation Law’ (Thomson Reuters) and contributing immigration author of ‘The Human Resources Advisor’ (First Reference Books). Ben has further extensive experience and insight in the operations of a global immigration service provider, and the needs of its clients. Ben acted as a global director for Emigra Group, one of the world’s largest corporate immigration service providers, as well as president of Emigra Canada, the Canadian arm of the organization.
