Sept. 30: Client Satisfaction Survey Begins
Beginning this week, the WHSCC will conduct its second quarterly client service satisfaction survey of 2013. A random sample of injured workers and employers will be contacted by an independent research company. The survey’s outcome will be made public and used to develop action plans and enhancements to programs affecting client services. Individual comments and answers are confidential and won’t be provided on an individual basis to the WHSCC.
