Sept. 18: Spot the Zombie Young Worker Safety Campaign Launched
The WCB and Workplace Safety and Health launched Spot the Zombie Manitoba, its 2012 SAFE Work youth campaign. Aimed at young workers ages 15-24, the campaign encourages youth to identify workplace hazards, ask questions and recognize and practice the SAFE Work risk management model. At spotthezombiemanitoba.com, the main video features a young worker at a gas station being surrounded by zombies, each representing a different workplace hazard. The site also has resources for employers.
