Sept. 1: 18-Year-Old Airport Worker Critically Injured
An 18-year-old worker at the Toronto Pearson International Airport was critically injured when the motorized baggage dolly he was driving hit a refueling vehicle coming from another direction. He was thrown from the vehicle and sustained head injuries. In addition, his arm got pinned under the fuel truck. The MOL and Pearson’s aviation safety unit are investigating the incident.
