Nov. 4: The WCB released its updated Chronic Pain Policy, which was revised based on recent court and WCAT decisions. Key changes:
- Replacement of the word “developed” with the word “had” in Sec. 12
- Clarification that a worker is entitled to a PRI award during the period when he is or was getting an Amended Interim Earnings Loss benefit.
