The Yukon Human Rights Commission has recommended that a former supervisor at the Alcan Motor Inn Restaurant & Lodge pay over $12,000 to two former workers who claimed he sexually harassed them. The commission made its recommendation to the Yukon Human Rights Board of Adjudication, which has one month to issue a decision. The two workers, who were minors at the time, worked at the restaurant. They said the way the supervisor looked at them made them feel uncomfortable. One also said he grabbed her by the behind in front of another male co-worker and made her feel “degraded.” The other alleged that he aggressively kicked her twice in the behind.
